I just got out looking for some supplies on this critical emergency, as soon as i walked in the store i could see all the shelf very much stock with everything, people were doing their selections quietly, all clean, employees very friendly... but the best was for last... i was doing a little line to pay and suddenly Nathaniel from line 4 call me very gently to take care of me, he was way beyond friendly, polite AND POSITIVE AND WARM... THANK YOU all for what u do and your positive actitud, but mostly THANK YOU NATHANIEL for make a difference in this desperate and uncertain times....

This is our neighborhood grocery store and they have been awesome during covid 19! My shopper is always so kind when they call about my order/substitutions and my order is always ready on time!

I ordered items online. They didn’t provide all the items. Charged me $104 more than they should. And obviously didn’t care when I called to complain. The raw chicken was loosely wrapped in a plastic bag and paper, with meat juice running out the end. Worst grocery store I’ve ever been to.

Last night while checking out at the self checkout I noticed that the cashier was not wiping down the check out area as the customers were leaving instead she chose to cater to mother and her daughter by scanning and checking them out in the “self checkout” area - I went to the customer service counter to inquire about this the two girls working behind the counter addressed me with an attitude so I walked away when I saw the manager and she said that she will address this - I shop at Harris Teeter quite often and this was not a reflection of their customer service or their company’s values - I went from being greeted at the door given a clean basket to lack of customer service at the end - however I do commend the manager for addressing this issue
